            Digital imaging creates an entirely new approach to the modeling industry.  We can now shoot, edit and print images all in the same day if absolutely necessary.  We now have a greater control of our final images like never before.   We have brought our industry experience and the advantages of digital imaging together to create a “one stop shop” for all your industry needs.  From the capturing of the Images, to the printing of the final photos, to the development of a composite or promo, we observe the entire process every step of the way, never loosing sight of the desired results.

Procedure: 

1. SHOOT

            There is virtually no difference in the actual shooting process of

traditional film and digital.   Images can be viewed immediately for checking lighting, hair/make-up, and location. 

 

2. EDIT

If images are not needed immediately, contact sheets will be created and e-mailed to the client.   If client does not have an e-mail account, it is possible for us to upload the contact sheets on the danielfairs.com server so the client can view them from any computer with an Internet connection.  If images are urgently needed, they can be edited immediately following the shoot by laptop computer.   The editing process is as simple as viewing each image and narrowing down the final choices, till the final images desired are chosen.

             

           

3. ADJUSTMENTS

We adjust the images for final printing and format them to the size needed. Cropping, borders, and adjustments are then made prior to printing.

 

4. RETOUCHING

            Photo retouching & manipulation is available if desired at an additional

Fee (utilizing the best programs in the industry, thus ensuring exceptional results.)

 

5. PRINTING

Our ability to print our own images greatly enhances the photographic process. The images chosen are printed on a high quality photo paper using state of the art equipment.   By printing the images ourselves, we can also ensure a creative edge in cropping and image layout.

 

6. FINAL PRODUCT

After images are chosen, edited and printed, the client will receive a CD-ROM containing the images from the shoot.  Storage is simple and easy.  No worries about ruining film by leaving it in the car, or getting finger prints on it, or losing it for that matter- We archive all shoots!  If prints, composites, or promos are needed, all the client has to do is contact us with the identification numbers of the images desired.  We can then produce your product fast and efficiently.
