Daniel utilizes his knowledge and experience to ensure his clients get images
that are not only beautiful, but
that will represent them in a marketable way.
"Over the
years," says Daniel, "I witnessed a lot of models get film back from a test
that was useless to them. Many times most of the frames would look the
same, or exposure was completely off, or the image was shot in a way that
wasn't beneficial for the model- more so for the photographer. I shoot
every frame as if it is THE frame to be printed. When I review the
shoot, I want the client to have a difficult time choosing the images to be
printed because there are so many good ones."

For new models and talent that are not
strictly fashion models (commercial/print), shooting with Daniel is extremely
beneficial. Besides providing help tips and advice during shoots, Daniel
adopts a style of shooting that will help new talent and commercial/print
models.
"I like to call it
CADITORIAL or ADVERTORIAL- meaning it doesn't necessarily look strictly
editorial or catalogue. I feel it is important not limit the image by
categorizing it through my photography. If I am shooting for an
editorial or catalogue look, that is an entirely different situation.
But for the most part, when I am shooting new models or commercial/print
talent, I try and capture images that represent a wide range. That image
can be used for editorial purposes, catalogue purposes, and even commercial
purposes. This makes the talent more marketable by not classifying them
to a specific look or category. When you look at the images, you could
say they could be used for a catalogue casting, or an editorial casting, or
even a commercial casting. It's not limiting in any way."
